QC INSPECTOR

ACQUIRED COMPETENCIES BASED ON JOB ROLE:

  • Communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.
  • Monitor, collect and interpret a range of raw data from various sources, evaluate/analyze results and create reports to assist decision-making process in various aspects of work at NFP.
  • Knowledge and use of National and Foreign languages both spoken and written.
  • Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress, and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations.
  • Operate all steps and activities for a required production machine according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other instructions if applicable.
  • Conduct or guide Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) on quality incidents or non-conforming products and suggest preventive and/or corrective actions.
  • Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set forth by NAPCO.
