QC Officer (Food Safety)

We are seeking a diligent QC / Food Safety Officer to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products by performing inspections, maintaining proper storage standards, and supporting food safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and receive incoming products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Check and approve products before delivery.
• Maintain daily CCP records (cleanliness/hygiene on the premises, cold rooms temperatures etc.).
• Monitor warehouse storage using FIFO principles and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Print production labels accurately.
• Conduct routine pest control checks and report any issues to vendors.
• Investigate food safety-related cases raised by customers.
• Suggest improvements to current systems and methods to enhance food safety standards.
• Collaborate with QA teams for documentation related to food safety systems.
• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.

Working Days & Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00 noon

Job Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field preferred.
• Experience in quality control, quality assurance, or food safety operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and warehouse best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
