Position Overview:
The Quality Systems Administrator / Data Analyst is responsible for the administration of Brunswick’s Quality Systems (QC2 and EQMS), plant-level data analytics, and coordination of the internal audit program. This role supports Sea Ray Tellico operations by ensuring data accuracy, audit compliance, and effective reporting of DPU, warranty, and plant performance metrics. The position also serves as the point of contact for the Sea Ray Tellico site to drive quality system improvements and reporting enhancements.

Essential Functions:
- QC2 system administrator: Create new model setups, Improve existing inspections/check sheets, and Test new features prior to release to production
- EQMS administrator: Test system updates, Implement new modules, and Provide user support
- Control and maintain official quality documents, procedures, and forms
- Maintain calibration database for plant assets
- Coordinate internal audit program, including planning and scheduling
- Track audit findings and ensure corrective action closure
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions
- Maintain audit records within EQMS
- Analyze DPU and warranty data for trends and opportunities
- Develop reports using Business Objects, Power BI, Excel
- Generate weekly and monthly reports (High Dollar, DPU, PDI90)
- Update site level metric tracking
- Communicate performance using dashboards and summaries
- Provide regular quality and warranty feedback to operations
- Maintain shared files and reporting databases
- Order and manage QA supplies
- Identify and recommend system/process improvements
- Support additional Quality initiatives

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing facility required with environmental, health and safety experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite required with emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong administrative experience required with ability to work in an office setting processing paperwork and utilizing multiple tracking systems. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills, including written, oral, organizational, listening and presentation/facilitation to both small and large groups.
- Experience in data reporting and analysis.
- Effective leadership and management skills to motivate employees build relationships and drive initiatives throughout the facility.
- Highly collaborative, prefers team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work as an effective team player.
- Ability to work with confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Must be flexible to work extended hours to support the requirements of the business. Willingness to accept growth opportunities in support of career advancement and development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with QCIS/QC2, EQMS, Compass, or Salesforce
- Audit program coordination experience
- Knowledge of DPU, warranty systems, and manufacturing quality processes
- Experience with Business Objects or Power BI
- Must always possess the desire and ambition to work safely and report all hazards to their supervisor immediately.
- Must understand basic terminology such as OSHA, DEP, and other regulatory agencies.
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment where designated, including but not limited to, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.
- Must be able to physically handle the requirements of the job, including lifting, bending, climbing stairs, standing, etc., with or without reasonable accommodation.
The pay range for this position is $23.07 to $25.75, hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus or short-term incentive program. This position is also eligible for an award target as part of Brunswick’s long-term incentive program.
