  • Champion safety and quality as mandatory\n cultural expectations across all operations, projects, and day\-to\-day\n activities.<\/span><\/span>

  • Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies,\n procedures, and management systems.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Drive QHSE KPIs, (hazard\n identification/reporting, incident/near miss reporting, QHSE audit,\n drills, trainings, workshop, toolbox, meetings, enforce implementation,\n and ensure reporting compliance.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement in\n safety and quality management.<\/span><\/span>

    Operations & Compliance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/h3>
    • Conduct hazard identification, risk\n assessments, incident/accident investigations, and ensure\n corrective/preventive measures.<\/span><\/span>

    • Prepare and update QHSE documentation,\n including performance report, plans, procedures, forms, and reports.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Lead QHSE meetings, safety seminars, awareness\n campaigns, and drills.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ensure compliance with local and international\n standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001).<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Provide technical QHSE support to bids,\n tendering, SCM, shipping/downstream operations, and maintenance scopes.<\/span><\/span>

      Training & Awareness<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

      • Organize and facilitate regular HSE/QAQC training\n for staff and contractors.<\/span><\/span>

      • Increase company\-wide awareness and\n realignment to QHSE best practices.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Mentor employees and foster leadership\n pipeline through professional development in safety and quality.<\/span><\/span>

        Stakeholder Engagement <\/span><\/span><\/b>
        <\/p>

        • Work closely with internal departments\n (Engineering, Projects, SCM, HSE, Admin) to ensure integrated QHSE\n compliance.<\/span><\/span>

        • Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring\n safe, reliable, and quality service delivery.<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Represent the company before clients,\n regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders on QHSE matters.<\/span><\/span>

          Requirements<\/h3>

          Education<\/span><\/b>
          <\/p>

          • Bachelor\u2019s\n degree in engineering (Process, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical,\n Petroleum), Pure Sciences, or Safety/Quality Management.<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Relevant\n certifications such as ISPON, NEBOSH, ISO 45001/14001/9001, Process\n Safety, QAQC, First Aid, and Emergency Response are highly desirable.<\/span>

            Experience<\/span><\/b>
            <\/p>

            • Minimum\n of 7\-10 years' experience in QHSE management, specifically in oil & gas\n servicing or engineering projects.<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Proven\n track record of QHSE compliance achievements and implementation of\n management systems.<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Strong\n knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Management, Quality &\n Environmental Management, and Regulatory Compliance.<\/span>
