QMS & Training Coordinator

The primary role of Quality Assurance function is to ensure that management systems are established to enable business compliance, multiple regulatory frameworks and to support the design, development and manufacture of products which meet our customer’s quality requirements.

This role - Quality Management System (QMS) & Training Coordinator -supports quality system and training processes through reporting, coordination, and content execution. Partners with process owners and stakeholders to maintain compliance tracking, training data, and learning materials.

Success looks like accurate, timely task execution, high-quality outputs, and proactive follow-through on routine activities.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities

  • Execute QMS and training reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

  • Monitor document lifecycle and notify owners of upcoming review requirements

  • Follow up with stakeholders to complete QMS and regulatory actions

  • Implement approved document updates in Objective per defined instructions

  • Track regulatory changes and follow up on assigned actions

  • Generate training reports from LMS (Cornerstone) for stakeholder requests

  • Respond to training inquiries using predefined reports and data outputs

  • Create learning modules from scripts, reviewing and refining before submission

  • Support evolving team priorities by taking on additional job-related tasks as assigned


Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.

  • 1+ years in administrative, coordination, or operational support role

  • Experience working with reports, data, or systems (e.g., Excel, Word)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks

  • Demonstrated ability to follow processes and meet deadlines consistently

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to provide clear, professional updates


Preferred:

  • Experience with QMS systems (e.g., Objective)

  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone)

  • Exposure to regulated environments (e.g., medical device, pharma)

  • Basic experience with video or content creation tools

  • Experience with AI tools and systems.

Additional Information

  • This role is open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science. Prior work experience is not required, as training and guidance will be provided.

  • Candidates with strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow structured processes are encouraged to apply.

  • This is a fully remote position, based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
