The Position

职位概述:
负责区域内的市场活动,产品推广及重点客户管理：制定所负责区域的市场计划及实施，提高区域内经销商和客户对产品认知，提高客户覆盖率和销量。

主要工作职责:
1. 负责区域内重点项目的推广，提高区域内产品销量。
2. 发展和管理区域市场团队，和销售团队紧密配合，以确保达成年度指标。
3. 负责推广活动以及各类学术会议执行质量控制，包括：举办区域会，城市会，参加第三方会议等模式，以达到更多客户认知罗氏产品。
4. 维护与区域学术带头人的交流合作，为市场推广发展专业讲者。
5. 发展并维护区域重点客户,提升用户体验。
6. 定期对销售人员和经销商进行产品培训。
7. 收集并整理客户信息，竞争对手信息，行业动态信息,销售数据等，以更好的制定区域推广计划和实施。

基本任职资格:

教育背景与专业资格:
1. 临床检验学科或商业管理专业本科及以上学历
2. 英语说写能力俱佳
3. 熟练应用微软办公软件
工作经验:
1. 至少5年体外诊断领域或相关行业销售或市场经验
2. 至少3年管理经验
