HOURLY RATE - $21.43

FULL-TIME HOURS:

  • Year-Round with health and dental benefits

  • Average 5 shifts per week

  • 8-hour shifts – Typically Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

  • Some evenings and weekends may be required

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

In this role, you’ll help ensure every stay is seamless, memorable, and uniquely ours. You’ll be both a quality champion and a guest experience enhancer, bringing insight, organization, and creativity to our lodging operations.

  • Conducting audits of guest and team areas to ensure Blue Mountain standards are met.

  • Acting as “experience detective”—spot opportunities to level up quality and consistency across properties

  • Supporting the creation of reporting tools and transform data into meaningful, insight-driven improvements

  • Helping track trends and recommending ways to keep raising the bar

  • Helping develop and maintain our Lodging Standards Library—the guide for delivering consistently outstanding experiences

  • Supporting the evolution of policies, SOPs, and processes.

  • Assisting in standardizing training, service delivery, and loyalty experiences across all lodging teams

  • Coordinating, supporting, and leading engaging training programs.

  • Owning guest recognition experiences for our Loyalty Program; planning, organizing, and executing thoughtful surprises from the Excite Room.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you will be communicating with guests and leaders on resort.

  • Strong attention to detail; you notice the details others miss!

  • You’re organized, curious, and always looking for better ways to do things

  • You bring positive energy and believe work should be both purposeful and fun

  • Intermediate Computer – MS Office (Word and Excel). SMS knowledge is an asset.

  • Experience in multiple departments within the Lodging Division is an asset.
