Quality Assurance Administrator - Calibration & Metrology

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, including technical document review.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations; calibration/metrology experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced English.

Responsibilities

  • Perform technical review of calibration certificates.
  • Assist in internal & external audits.
  • Perform physical inspections on outgoing test equipment.
  • Conduct assessments of calibration procedures and techniques.
  • Assist on conducting assessment of technician training.
  • Review technical documents to ensure conformance to industry and company standards.
  • Ensure that document formatting and structure align with company guidelines.
  • Provide support to internal teams for document creation.
