Quality Assurance Executive

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance procedures for food processing and export operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA), HACCP, halal, and food safety regulations.
  • Conduct inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain quality documentation, records, and reports.
  • Investigate customer complaints and quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to maintain product quality.
  • Support internal and external audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train staff on food safety and quality assurance procedures.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Biomedical Science, Food Science, Biotechnology, Applied Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently and communicate effectively with different departments.
  • Experience in the food manufacturing or food export industry is an advantage.
