Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent execution of quality inspection, testing, and verification activities to meet customer, regulatory, and operational requirements.
  • Monitor product and process quality performance through data analysis, defect trend monitoring, and performance reporting to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead root cause investigations and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
  • Support quality containment activities, customer escalations, and resolution of non-conformances in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate quality records, audit documentation, inspection reports, and product traceability requirements.
  • Conduct quality-related training, including SOPs, work instructions, line setup verification, and operator qualification programs.
  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, operational procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, and customer stakeholders to resolve quality issues and improve process capability.
  • Participate in internal and customer audits, supporting compliance initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
  • Drive quality awareness and defect prevention initiatives to enhance operational performance, customer satisfaction, and service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Engineering, Testing, Inspection, or Manufacturing Operations within electronics, semiconductor, EMS, hi-tech, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, inspection methodologies, defect prevention, and problem-solving tools such as CAPA, 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools; experience with Power BI, Tableau, Minitab, or other reporting and visualization platforms will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards, audit processes, quality documentation, traceability requirements, and operational compliance practices.
  • Experience supporting customer quality requirements, quality audits, non-conformance management, and corrective action implementation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Operations, Engineering, and Customer teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in guiding teams, conducting training, and driving quality culture initiatives.
