Quality Auditor

Job Overview

  • Ensures that the quality of task completion is acceptable and accurate by reviewing the daily work produced by the team.
  • Ensures that the work is meeting the required specifications/procedures and requirements through daily audits.


Essential Functions

  • Responsible for auditing quality and providing feedback to Service Delivery Team.
  • Prepares QA daily, weekly and monthly reports and interacts with operations and support groups regarding quality improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to client standards and recommends/develops actions plans/process improvements, if necessary to contain and correct quality problems.
  • Organize process documents and make sure it is always up to date.
  • Perform regular and special audits as requested by Client Teams to suit their need.
  • Assist Service Delivery teams on investigating client escalations and resolve issues.
  • Evaluate and discuss problems relating to accuracy scores, quality, efficiency, non-conformance and other major discrepancies with operations and support counterparts.
  • Conduct coaching, QA talk and qualify new hire for process certification.
  • Support QA initiatives/projects for quality, process improvements.
  • Comply with Time Keeping Standards & Policies in Sprout, PSA and Team Utilization Tracker.
  • Analyse client performance and conduct monthly presentation with stakeholders.
  • Monitor and drive error correction
  • Manage and resolve 1st level audit dispute raised by auditee

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent work experience Pref
  • 1 -2 years Quality Assurance experience in pharmaceutical, technical, or related area. Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Willing to work in night shift
  • Amenable to work in Mckinley Taguig
