QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support for products and applications
- Coordinate sample preparation and delivery according to customer requirements
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of customer formulations
- Perform quality control testing for raw materials and production batches
- Validate Certificates of Analysis (COA) for incoming raw materials and finished products
- Maintain retain samples of all products for traceability
- Conduct laboratory testing, analyze results, and prepare summary reports
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
- Investigate nonconforming materials and products, including root cause analysis
- Support troubleshooting of production batches and recommend corrective actions
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as required
- Maintain and control Quality records and documentation
- Prepare and issue Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in compliance with GHS regulations
- Create and manage product Certificates of Analysis (COA)
- Establish and update formulation and blending procedures
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
Job Requirement
Education:
- Degree or Diploma in Science (preferably Chemistry) or Chemical Process Technology/Material Science.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years QC experience in chemical manufacturing industry preferred
- Good communication skills and willing to learn.
- With/without experience are welcome as training will be provided.\
