- Participation in the implementation of new products and coordination of changes in existing ones
- Direct communication with customers regarding PPAP documentation, technical agreements, and updates related to implemented changes
- Approval of sPPAP for component changes and oversight of compliance of submitted documentation
- Supervision of tests and blocked materials, initiation of corrective actions, and monitoring the progress and effectiveness of 8D reports
- Initiating, coordinating, and verifying corrective and preventive actions within the quality area
- Development of Control Plans, measurement methods, and participation in FMEA analyses in cooperation with Production Engineers
- Conducting audits of quality systems and process controls, identifying improvement areas, and recommending enhancements
- Selection of measurement methods and techniques for process control, using both traditional measuring tools and coordinate‑measuring equipment
- Monitoring and analyzing the cost of poor quality, preparing reports, and recommending optimization actions
- Participation in daily operational meetings within the assigned area and ongoing support for production teams in quality‑related matters
- Higher technical education (engineering fields preferred)
- Communicative level of English and Polish, enabling work with documentation and direct customer contact
- Experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company
- Practical knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and sPPAP processes, and the ability to apply them in daily work
- Knowledge of quality tools (Core Tools): APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D
- Familiarity with the IATF 16949 standard; experience in auditing or implementing quality systems will be an additional asset
- Ability to read technical drawings and use inspection and measurement equipment; experience with coordinate‑measuring machines is welcome
- Strong analytical thinking skills, ability to identify root causes of problems, and propose effective solutions
- Good work organization, task‑planning skills, and ability to operate in a dynamic production environment
- Knowledge or experience in areas such as metal processing, cleanliness testing, or leak testing will be an advantage
- Stable employment based on an employment contract with a well‑established company
