Quality Engineer (Final QC)
Job Responsibilities:
- Main quality contact window for customer – liaise with customers for any quality issue, feedback, and concern. In some cases, it also includes shipment or delivery issue (e.g. wrong part, wrong quantity, missing report, etc.)
- Lead and coordinate the internal team for problem solving, trouble shooting, and decision making and provide the result(report) to customer (FA, 8D, CAR)
- Administer RMA process from the review, approval, return, disposition, and closure of the RMA
- Actively involved in (cross functional team)
- Process Continuous Improvement (yield & scrap)
- Operation (FAI and/or out-going report review, D-note closure, rejects review, waiver request, and lot disposition at FQC)
- NPI (customer specification review, qualification boards review)
- QMS (Customer Quality Plan, Internal Audit)
- General (customer survey and/or questionnaire)
- Lead and coordinate with internal team for customer visit and audit (preparation before visit/audit (Audit Checklist), follow up and closure of the audit findings)
- Administer CAR creation in Agile system(internal issue, customer issue, and customer survey) from creation, follow up, till closure of the CAR in the system.
- Support production in troubleshooting of PCB related issues.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related manufacturing or operations expertise.
- Minimum1-2 years experience in manufacturing and quality background or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Quality Tools, 8-Discipline, FMEA/Control Plan, Lean Six Sigma.
