This role focuses on continuous improvement, quality control, and execution. The Quality Engineer will monitor customer complaints, lead root cause analysis, and ensure improvement projects are completed effectively so issues do not repeat. This is a strong individual contributor role with leadership potential. Ideal for a Quality Engineer who wants to grow into broader responsibility over time.
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality and operations
- Track and analyze customer complaints and quality issues
- Lead root cause analysis to prevent repeat problems
- Support and execute improvement projects to completion
- Use tools like FMEA, RCA, and corrective actions to strengthen processes
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions are implemented and sustained
- Support quality strategy by turning plans into action
Required Skills + Experience
- Local to Florence/Elsmere, KY or willing to relocate prior to first day.
- Ability to work without sponsorship from client or sponsor company.
- 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience.
- Experience designing and implementing processes/systems.
- Exposure to regulated environments such as FDA, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, etc.
- Strong experience with FMEA and root cause analysis.
- Hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset.
- Comfortable managing multiple improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and desire to grow.
Nice to Have Skills + Experience
- Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,530.00 and $137,181.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
