Main/ Essential Task<\/span><\/span>
<\/div><\/div>
<\/div><\/div>
- Ensure to conduct supplier system & process audit as per yearly plan & closure of non\-conformities (NC) within the targeted time frame.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div><\/li>Monitor supplier performance (Quality, Cost & delivery) and communicate performance ratings to respective suppliers.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div><\/li>Ensure on time closure of customer complaints and Oversee the submission of 8D reports and action plans related to supplier issues.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div><\/li>Supplier complaints handling and ensure timely closure of complaints with proper analysis and action plans, monitor the effectiveness with standardization.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div><\/li>Review and update the list of approved suppliers as per the defined frequency and procedure.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div><\/li>Responsible for New Supplier development, Implement processes for supplier upgradation, Monitor and rate supplier performance through audits<\/span><\/span>
<\/div><\/li>Prepare & ensure that supplier processes align with the UCAM code of conduct and Quality Agreement.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div><\/li>Ensure the part clearance within 3 days at inward inspection.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div><\/li>Communicate non\-conformities to respective suppliers promptly and work collaboratively with suppliers on action plans to address identified issues.<\/span><\/span>
