Quality Global Nuclear Senior Manager
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Ensure global nuclear quality governance and full compliance with regulatory requirements and Corporate Quality policies across all manufacturing sites.
- Develop and execute the global nuclear audit plan (sites and suppliers), act as primary interface for customer audits, and ensure closure of corrective actions.
- Qualify and develop nuclear auditors, strengthen customer relationships, reinforce the Nuclear QMS (including ITNS suppliers), and ensure robust document and record control.
Digitization, Intelligent Automation: -
Maintain and expand the Quality Digitalization Suite and promote intelligent automation and advanced inspection solutions globally.
Training and Education:

Lead Quality related Trainings and Education across the enterprise to sustain and retain critical to quality knowledge. Deploy and leverage advanced digital technologies to enable instant and efficient trainings across the globe.
Product Quality Compliance, Continuous Improvement and Claim/Warranty process:
- Ensure product quality compliance, oversee Product/Annual Quality Reviews, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing sites.

Report critical quality issues, system failures, and claims/warranties to Executive Management and support effective corrective actions.
Supplier Quality program:
- Define and lead the nuclear supplier qualification, audit, and performance improvement program.
- Establish and lead the SQE integrated organization per WA and support global operational leadership responsibilities.
- University Degree in Engineering, Science, Business administration or equivalent
- 10+ years’ experience in a senior Operational, Lean or Quality management function in a global organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and one more global language is advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills must have the ability to work with people from different backgrounds and culture.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization.
- Willing to travel approx. 30% of work time
