What You’ll Do\:

As a Quality Intern, you’ll be an integral part of our mission to deliver world-class vehicles. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and quality professionals, contributing to real projects and learning from the best.

Your key responsibilities will include\:

1. Boosting Quality Performance\: Support root cause analysis and collaborate with the failure analysis team to solve complex production issues.
2. Data-Driven Decisions\: Apply statistical tools to analyze quality trends and drive continuous improvement.
3. On-the-Ground Engagement\: Participate in shop floor meetings and project discussions, documenting key insights and actions.
4. Quality Tracking\: Monitor internal quality metrics, including Q-Release and failure management processes.
5. Audit Support\: Assist in audit preparation and execution
6. Project Ownership\: Lead your own quality improvement initiatives from concept to implementation.
7. Supplier Collaboration\: Inspect incoming materials and support the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
8. Daily Operations\: Track production and supplier claims to ensure timely resolution and feedback.
9. Team Facilitation\: Organize and moderate our internal quality meetings, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
