Leads the overall quality function of the organization, with a focus on achieving targeted results across both in\-plant quality and incoming supplier quality within the manufacturing vertical. This role plays a pivotal part in establishing, implementing, and improving quality systems, controls, and assurance practices in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

1. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Quality System Management<\/span><\/b>
Lead and implement, and manage the company\u2019s Quality Management Systems and\nPolicies in compliance with QMS and EHS standards.<\/span><\/p>
2. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Manufacturing Feasibility & Product\nLifecycle Support<\/span><\/b>
Lead feasibility reviews and align cross\-functional teams from sample\ndevelopment to serial production, ensuring adherence to specifications and\nachieving 100% quality ratings.<\/span><\/p>
3. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Quality Planning & Process Support<\/span><\/b>
Define quality plans and support the production team in implementing effective\nchecking patterns and measurement techniques. Proactively identify and resolve\nproduction impracticalities to avoid delays or quality escapes.<\/span><\/p>
4. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Inspection & Documentation<\/span><\/b>
Perform stage\-wise and final inspections to ensure product compliance with\ncustomer requirements. Maintain detailed inspection records and documentation\nfor traceability and audits.<\/span><\/p>
5. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Calibration Control<\/span><\/b>
Monitor and manage the calibration status of instruments to ensure all gages\nand tools are within validity and comply with quality standards.<\/span><\/p>
6 Audit & Compliance Management<\/b>
Facilitate customer audits and lead internal and supplier audits, ensuring\ntimely closure of non\-conformities and continual compliance with applicable\nstandards.<\/span><\/span><\/div>
7 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span> Conduct periodic reviews of quality metrics, perform data\-driven analysis, and\ndrive continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem\-solving\ntechniques (e.g., 5 Why, Fishbone, Root Cause Analysis).<\/span><\/span><\/p>
8 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Training & Capability Building<\/span>
<\/span> <\/span><\/b>Identify\nskill gaps and organize training programs to standardize systems, improve performance,\nand build technical capabilities across the team.<\/span><\/p>

Education & Experience:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Educational Background:<\/span><\/b> Diploma\n (Polytechnic/NTTF/GTTC) or BE/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.<\/span>

Experience:<\/span><\/b> 5\u20136\n years of experience in Quality Control and Assurance, preferably in the\n Aerospace industry or other precision manufacturing environments.<\/span>

Technical Skills:<\/span><\/b>

* <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficient in MS Office, QA software, and quality\ndatabases<\/span>
