Quality Specialist

We are looking for a Quality Specialist, in order to strengthen our Quality team. You will support the deployment of the Quality strategy, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and even exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response and sustainable solution to problems. Collaborate with local functions that impact on the quality results in order to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aiming for world-class level performance.

This role is contributing to the Smart Power business in Frosinone.

Your main responsibilities

  • Overseeing quality control activities, including incoming inspection, in-process inspection and final product testing, to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner

  • Drives resolution of quality issues to completion, following robust root cause analysis and corrective actions, using “Quality Wins” methodologies

  • Act as point of reference in case of quality issues in production line to avoid any stop of production and ensure the compliance of working practice and procedures

  • manage all quality data in an accurate way in order to better understand the status quo and prevent future non-conformities as continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with Product Eng, Process Eng, Production and Agile Teams to optimize products/processes and ensure quality standards were met

  • Supports continuous improvement initiatives implementation to enhance product quality, reduce defects and optimize manufacturing processes

  • Supports resolution of customer cases by following a robust root cause analysis and implementing preventive and corrective actions

  • Perform technical audits to Supplier and manage and monitor the Supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and proactively promote actions to limit the impact on quality

Your background

Requirements:

  • You hold a Master Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or similar)

  • you have passion and knowledge of quality control processes & Statistical Analysis

  • Commitment to deliver results by taking responsibility to execute assigned tasks and projects

  • You have experience in technical context

  • You are at ease communicating in English (at least B2 level) and Italian.

  • You are passionate about teamworking, problem solving and new technology.

  • Positive spirit, proactivity, team working

Compensation Package

As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:

  • Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico

  • Minimum annual salary: € 33.000

  • Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus
