工作內容

1. 負責全球跨國客戶(GMNC)帳戶的端到端協調作業,確保服務流程順暢並提供優質客戶體驗

2. 推動定價、合約建置與帳務管理的即時執行,支持業務持續運作並提升客戶滿意度。

3. 擔任跨部門溝通橋樑,與業務、營運及定價團隊緊密合作,確保作業高效執行。

4. 確保營收穩定,包含合約正確上線、主動追蹤進度及提供可靠報表。

5. 協助業務成長,支援銷售機會(OPPs),並持續優化流程、提升整體作業效率。

Job Description:

1. Own end-to-end coordination for Global Multinational Customer (GMNC) accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.

2. Drive timely execution of pricing, contract setup, and account administration to support business continuity and customer satisfaction.

3. Act as a key connector across Sales, Operations, and Pricing teams to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient execution.

4. Safeguard revenue by ensuring accurate contract implementation, proactive follow-ups, and reliable reporting.

5. Enable business growth by supporting sales opportunities (OPPs) and identifying ways to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
