Quant Analytics Senior Associate - Advance Analytics

Job Summary:

As a Quantitative Analytics Senior Associate in Home Lending Servicing Data Analytics, you support the servicing organization by translating data into insights and operational improvements.

Job responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business partners to gather, clarify, and document reporting and analytics requirements
  • Develop, test, and maintain operational and analytical reports and dashboards using SQL and reporting tools
  • Produce business requirements and functional specifications that support delivery and ongoing support
  • Extract, manipulate, and synthesize data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • Apply statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to uncover insights and optimize servicing processes
  • Identify and implement opportunities to use automation and large language models to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Five years of experience in quantitative analysis or data analysis
  • Three years of advanced SQL experience, including complex queries (multi-join queries, common table expressions, window functions)
  • Five years of experience using business intelligence or reporting tools (for example, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server Reporting Services, or ThoughtSpot)
  • Working knowledge of Python (or a similar language) for analytics and automation
  • Demonstrated ability to frame ambiguous questions into structured analyses using hypotheses, inputs, and success metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables, prioritize effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail from analysis through production-ready reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex analysis to technical and non-technical audiences


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Knowledge of home lending products and servicing processes
  • Familiarity with generative artificial intelligence concepts, including basic prompt development and evaluation
  • Experience influencing stakeholders through negotiation and practical, win-win solutions
