Job Description

  • Prepared tender document, contract, and bill of quantities.
  • Review contract document & claims.
  • General quotation for commercial and residential.
  • Handle procurement.
  • Able to source & liaise with sub-cons and supplier.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Preferably able to start work immediately.
  • interior fit-out experience preferred.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of current market rates and Schedule of Rates (SOR) for both builder’s works and mechanical & electrical (M&E) works, ensuring accurate cost estimation, budgeting, and tendering processes most advantance.
