● Preparation and submission of progress claim for Main Contract

● Manage variation orders for Main Contract and Sub-Contract

● Work closely with project team on preparation of variation claim and provide contractual advice on claims

● Preparation of Sub-Contract document and work order

● Evaluate and prepare payment to Sub-Contractors

● Update and report project cost to management

● Liaise with Consultants and Sub-Contractors for cost and contractual matters

● Settlement of final account for Main Contract and Sub-Contract
