Job Summary

Support Project Management team in executing construction and maintenance projects by preparing cost estimates, conducting site verification, monitoring progress, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and work proposals to support project budgeting and planning
  • Conduct site verification, perform actual measurements, and carry out quantity take-offs for term contract works to ensure accurate project costing
  • Monitor site progress against project schedules and requirements to identify and address delays or issues promptly
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve operational challenges
  • Interpret construction drawings to perform precise quantity measurements and support project documentation
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) to document, report, and communicate project information effectively
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Certificate in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction, maintenance, or term contract projects
