Quantity Surveyor
Key Responsibilities:
- Review tender documents, specification, drawings and contractual conditions.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, detailed cost breakdown, including sourcing quotations, evaluating quotations and preparing procurement recommendations.
- Prepare sub-contracts documents, ensuring alignment with project requirement.
- Perform measurement and valuation of work done, including progress claims, variations and settlement of final account with sub-contractors.
- Prepare contractual correspondence, submit claims notices promptly and in accordance with contractual timetable.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and contractual registers.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working on LTA projects.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, proficient in measurement, cost and contract administration.
- Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, manage tight schedules, and handle dynamic site conditions.
