Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking for detail-oriented Quantity Surveyors to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out quantity take-off and measurement works for construction projects

• Source and evaluate suppliers and sub-contractors for project execution

• Liaise with construction teams, consultants and clients on contractual and commercial matters

• Monitor project costs and ensure proper cost control

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software

• Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
