Quantity Surveyor (Civil / Electrical)

Main Responsibilities

  •  Manage all quantity surveying and contract administration activities across assigned projects.
  •  Prepare and submit tenders, including quantity take-off and pricing.
  •  Draft letters of award to subcontractors, verify claims, and ensure effective cost control.
  •  Prepare monthly financial reports and accurate cost forecasts.
  •  Identify, prepare, and evaluate variations and valuations for projects.
  •  Obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers for costing purposes.
  •  Conduct cost comparisons to support procurement and project decisions.
  •  Liaise with suppliers regarding quotations for the Bill of Quantities (BQ).

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying.
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Strong analytical and cost management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills to communicate with people of all levels.
