Quantity Surveyor (Contract Administration)

  1. Prepare and administer Purchase Orders and Subcontract Agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and company procedures.
  2. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams on contractual and commercial matters.
  3. Review and prepare contract documents and maintain proper contractual records and correspondence.
  4. Monitor subcontractors' compliance with contractual obligations and follow up on contractual issues during project execution.
  5. Assist in the evaluation and administration of variations, claims, and final accounts in accordance with contract requirements.
  6. Support cost control and assist in resolving contractual disputes and commercial issues.
  7. Review and process subcontractor claims, progress payments, and related documentation.
  8. Assist in negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers on commercial and contractual matters prior to award.
  9. Provide contractual support to management and project teams to facilitate project delivery.
  10. Liaise with external parties and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of contractual and commercial matters.
