Quantity Surveyor (Contract Administration)
- Prepare and administer Purchase Orders and Subcontract Agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams on contractual and commercial matters.
- Review and prepare contract documents and maintain proper contractual records and correspondence.
- Monitor subcontractors' compliance with contractual obligations and follow up on contractual issues during project execution.
- Assist in the evaluation and administration of variations, claims, and final accounts in accordance with contract requirements.
- Support cost control and assist in resolving contractual disputes and commercial issues.
- Review and process subcontractor claims, progress payments, and related documentation.
- Assist in negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers on commercial and contractual matters prior to award.
- Provide contractual support to management and project teams to facilitate project delivery.
- Liaise with external parties and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of contractual and commercial matters.
