Roles & Responsibilities

• Compile and review monthly cost reports against projections, and record cost variances with reasons and proper substantiation.
• Study project-specific requirements and forecast potential additional costs based on projections.
• Ensure payment and projection allocations are aligned with specific work items.
• Review and verify projection costs against monthly PO closings with site.
• Monitor and control site expenses across all trades.
• Call for quotations and prepare comparison sheets.
• Check quantities based on drawings through manual measurement or using CostX or other relevant software.
• Call for quotations by trade for ongoing works.
• Track project VO lists, including computation of expected profit.
• Negotiate final accounts with vendors.
