QUANTITY SURVEYOR CUM DRAFTER

Job Description

1. Attend tender meetings, do costing and tender and quotation submissions for commercial and residential interior renovation.
2. Prepare contracts and documents in accordance to the requirements.
3. Liase with the management, suppliers and sub-contractors on the adjustments on the cost estimates.
4. Keep close tabs on any variations that may lead to cost fluctuations.
5. Forecast the costs of different materials needed for the project.
6. Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets and other documentation.
7. Projecting cost estimates on various materials needed for a project.
8. Detail-oriented and plan in advance.
9. Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in quantity surveying, construction engineering, management, or related field.
2. Interior design fit out works and house construction experience.
3. Proficient in MS Office and autocad, relevant drawing softwares.
4. Understand drawings.
5. Good Communication, able to relate information to the team members.
6. Initiative and eye for details.
7. Good in negotiating in prices with vendors.
8. Driving License an advantage.
9. Fast pace environment.
