Job Responsibilities :<\/b><\/span>
<\/p>- Lead the preparation of Project Specifications, Quantification, Tender Documentation, Terms of Contract<\/span>
<\/li>- Understanding of drawings and other relevant documents provided by client and consultants to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements.<\/span>
<\/li>- Stay updated with and ensure compliance with market standards and good practices, applicable codes and BOQ standards, guiding junior team members as needed.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure all specifications, quantification, costs etc are aligned with industry standards, maintain high levels of compliance, quality and accuracy across all projects.<\/span>
<\/li>- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.<\/span>
<\/li>- Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders.<\/span>
<\/li>- The ability to work well in a dynamic team, with a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and collaborating.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- Bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree in civil engineering from an accredited institute.<\/span>
<\/li>- 8+ years of experience in Quantity surveying of all Structural works as well as finishing works.<\/span>
<\/li>- Good client facing and communication skills.<\/span>
<\/li>- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and related software.<\/span>
<\/li>- Professional experience in all aspects of quantity surveying including Cost monitoring, Costing, Reporting and contract administration.<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong and up\-to\-date knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.<\/span>
<\/li>- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.<\/span>
<\/li>- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high\-quality work.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ability to multi\-task and stay ahead of deadlines.<\/span>
