Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects.
Monitor project expenditure, identify cost-saving opportunities, and produce progress reports for clients and stakeholders.
Manage contracts and procurement, including negotiating with contractors and suppliers to ensure value for money.
Conduct risk assessments, method statements, and cost value reconciliations to maintain project efficiency.
Liaise with architects, engineers, site managers, contractors, and clients to coordinate project activities and ensure smooth execution.
Carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a related construction/cost management role.
Knowledge of the semiconductor or construction industry preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
