Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>- Conduct\n site surveys, take measurements, and prepare detailed cost and damage\n assessment reports for landscaping and swimming pool projects.
<\/li> - Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities), cost estimates, and tender documents<\/b> specific to landscaping and swimming pool works.
<\/li>- Request,\n evaluate, and compare quotations, samples, proforma invoices, and tax\n invoices<\/b> from suppliers and subcontractors in line with project\n specifications.
<\/li>- Assist\n the procurement team in budgeting, cost forecasting, and project\-wise\n procurement<\/b> of materials, equipment, and subcontractors for\n landscaping and pool works.
<\/li>- Evaluate\n subcontractor claims, variations, and prepare cost reports to maintain\n budgetary control.
<\/li> - Support\n the finance team by preparing profitability, cashflow analysis and cost analysis reports<\/b> for landscaping and swimming pool projects.
<\/li>- Ensure\n compliance with contractual terms, quality standards, and project\n timelines<\/b>.
<\/li>- Perform\n other duties as assigned by the Procurement Manager or Senior Management.

Requirements<\/h3>
Desired Skills & Experience<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- A minimum of three to five years\u2019 experience in landscaping\nand swimming pool projects<\/span><\/span><\/b> in the UAE<\/span>
<\/li>- Comprehensive understanding of detailed drawings for both\n landscaping and pools is essential<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong\n knowledge of landscape materials, swimming pool construction methods,\n and MEP elements<\/b> related to pools.
<\/li>- Strong written reporting skills<\/span>
<\/li>- Understanding of Authority approvals and requirements<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience\n in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tendering, and contract\n administration<\/b>.
<\/li>- Ability\n to coordinate across multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
<\/li> - Previous Middle East experience is essential<\/span>
<\/li>- Recent experience on luxury residential projects is highly\n desirable.<\/span>
<\/li>- Candidates will need to be highly organized and have document\n control experience<\/span>
<\/li>- Driving License preferable<\/span>
