Quantity Surveyor (Geotechnical Engineering)
Job Description
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for project planning and execution
- Manage contracts andnegotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to control costs
- Coordinate with siteteams, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and architects
- Review and negotiate quotes; support timely award of subcontracts and supply orders
- Report project costs, forecasts, and financial outcomes
- Handle ad-hoc project tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field with minimum
- 1 year of relevant work experience
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively within teams and independently
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Positive, proactive, and meticulous work attitude with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
