Quantity Surveyor (Geotechnical Engineering)

Job Description

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for project planning and execution
  • Manage contracts andnegotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to control costs
  • Coordinate with siteteams, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and architects
  • Review and negotiate quotes; support timely award of subcontracts and supply orders
  • Report project costs, forecasts, and financial outcomes
  • Handle ad-hoc project tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field with minimum
  • 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively within teams and independently
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Positive, proactive, and meticulous work attitude with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
