QUANTITY SURVEYOR

• Reports to the Subcontracts Manager
• Carry-out quantity take-off based on drawings
• Processing of payments and payment related tasks
• Review Subcontractor’s payment claim and prepare payment response
• Budgetary review of Subcontractor’s claim issue
• Manage Subcontract issues from time to time

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ working experience as QS
• Communication with Client/ Subcon/ Design / Planning / Construction team to deal with contract issues
• Negotiation with Subcontractor for settlement
• Continuous focus on site issues so the site progress not to be hindered by commercial issues
• Self-motivated and Good Leadership
