Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
- Perform quantity taking off and cost breakdown for tender.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claim and variation order to client.
- Identify variation works and compile supporting documents.
- Prepare and track project budget and costing.
- Prepare payment certificate and verify claims submit by subcontractor.
- Assist in preparing final accounts upon project completion.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Able to read, understand and interpret construction drawings, specifications and contract documents.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Qualifications:
- Min Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying.
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience in Civil Engineering.
