Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

  • Perform quantity taking off and cost breakdown for tender.
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claim and variation order to client.
  • Identify variation works and compile supporting documents.
  • Prepare and track project budget and costing.
  • Prepare payment certificate and verify claims submit by subcontractor.
  • Assist in preparing final accounts upon project completion.
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Able to read, understand and interpret construction drawings, specifications and contract documents.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Min Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience in Civil Engineering.
