Quantity Surveyor (Fit-Out and condominium Projects)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tendering and bidding process, including vendor engagement and cost negotiation.

• Monitor and control project costs to ensure delivery within budget.

• Handle monthly progress claims, subcontractor payments, and contract variations.

• Prepare FINAL accounts upon project completion.

Requirements

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in fit-out projects.

• Strong knowledge of pricing and contract management
