QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities

• Prepare tenders, quotations, and progress claims to support project procurement and billing processes
• Take off measurements and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents to ensure accurate project costing
• Source suppliers and subcontractors, evaluate quotations to select cost-effective and reliable partners
• Advise project teams on cost impacts of variations to support informed decision-making and budget control
• Handle interim payments, claims, and maintain project documentation to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
• Manage tender administration and provide support for ongoing project works to facilitate smooth project execution

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field
• Knowledge of steel structure construction methods and materials to enhance project cost assessments
• Strong analytical skills applied to project cost evaluation and decision-making
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with project teams and suppliers
• Ability to work well within a team environment to achieve project goals
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to communicate in Chinese is required.
