Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration for interior fit-out projects. The role involves preparing cost proposals, managing procurement, evaluating tenders, and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, contract knowledge, and experience in the interior fit-out or construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and procurement schedules for interior fit-out projects.
• Conduct material take-offs, cost comparisons, and tender evaluations.
• Manage contract administration, progress claims, and final accounts.
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure cost efficiency.
• Assess variations, value engineering, and project feasibility studies.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and industry standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and verify claims.
• Prepare and submit monthly cost reports and financial statements.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in quantity surveying for interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of contracts, pricing, and cost control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and cost estimation software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
