Job Summary

You will apply your expertise in quantity surveying and civil engineering to measure quantities, source materials, and verify subcontractors’ progress claims, ensuring accurate procurement and project cost control.

Responsibilities

• Measure and quantify construction materials and resources to support accurate project costing
• Source and procure materials efficiently to meet project requirements and timelines
• Verify and certify subcontractors’ progress claims to ensure compliance with contract terms and project budgets
• Apply knowledge of quantity surveying and civil engineering principles to optimize procurement and cost management processes
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to materials procurement and subcontractor claims

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, materials procurement, or related fields
