What you will do

The R&D Deployment Scientist will take part in projects linked to brand brand strategy, targets, and problem resolution methods with demonstrated rigor and deep organizational knowledge whilst embedding sustainability into all actions.

This role will provide R&D support for our project execution with human-centered insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a technical expertise in product design/formulation and process development/process scale-up

• Operate under technical expert supervision

• Participate in product development activities

• Participate in cross-functional project team discussions defining and coordinating deliverables (e.g.: R&D, Business and Supply Chain…)

• Connection with end-to-end R&D functions on low complexity projects defining the execution pathway and ensuring deliverables remain on track and support technical problem solving

• Draft and execute peer reviewed manuscripts, tech reports

• Follow standards and quality, medical and regulatory requirements.

• Develop awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential applications on our brands and products.

• Help coordinate day-to-day interaction with global Hubs and/or external development partnerships (as needed)
