You will be part of a collaborative team of around 20 scientists from diverse disciplines, working closely together to explore enzyme development and advance regional venture projects. Our team plays a vital role in delivering new enzyme molecules that enable innovation and sustainability at Novonesis.

The Role & Your Impact

As an R&D Intern, you will support laboratory work focused on enzyme activity evaluation and method development. This is an operational, hands-on role where your contributions directly support scientific progress and project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the establishment of assay and analytical methods
Performing experiments to evaluate enzymatic effects
Assisting with data collection and documentation
Collaborating with team members on daily lab activities
Providing general support to ensure smooth laboratory operations

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

Educational background in Biological Science, Chemical Science, or Engineering
Basic understanding of laboratory practices and experimental work
Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Good communication and teamwork skills
