Position: Analyst – Record to Report (R2R)
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)
About the Position

As an Analyst – Record to Report (R2R), you'll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely accounting activities that support our global finance operations. You'll be responsible for end-to-end accounting processes, financial reporting, month-end close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and controls.
Working closely with Country Financial Controllers and cross-functional finance teams, you'll help maintain the integrity of our financial reporting while driving continuous process improvements and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Record to Report Operations
- Manage end-to-end accounting activities across the Record to Report (R2R) process.
- Deliver accurate and timely transaction processing while maintaining high-quality financial records.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and continuously improve service delivery, KPIs, and operational performance.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and proactively drive operational efficiencies.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Execute month-end and financial close activities in line with established timelines and accounting policies.
- Prepare and post journal entries while ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve outstanding items.
- Support month-end close by preparing schedules, reviewing account balances, and resolving accounting issues.
- Assist Country Financial Controllers with GAAP compliance and local statutory reporting requirements.
Governance & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit requests.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, accounting policies, and operating procedures.
- Maintain the integrity of financial systems and accounting processes.
- Collaborate closely with Treasury, Purchase to Pay (P2P), Bill to Cash (B2C), and Supply Chain Finance teams to ensure seamless end-to-end finance operations.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
We're looking for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced global environment. You should have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably within Record to Report (R2R) or General Ledger accounting.
- Experience with journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
- Working knowledge of SAP or another ERP/accounting system.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across global teams.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
