Rcm Service Lead

Build and lead the RCM practice Design the service model, packaging, and SLAs. Stand up a delivery model with lean U.S. oversight paired with offshore exception handling. Build the playbooks and SOPs, then hire and lead the team. Own compliance and PHI risk at scale.
Full-cycle RCM operations and quality Own the full cycle — eligibility, prior auth, coding/modifier QA, claim scrubbing, payment posting, denials and appeals, AR, patient collections, and credentialing. Apply deep rehab-therapy expertise across PT/OT/SLP and specialty practices. Own the KPI scorecard: days in AR, clean-claim rate, net collections, denial rate, and cost to collect.
Partner with Product and Engineering on the billing roadmap(Central to the role, not a side task.) Translate real billing needs into product requirements, co-own the roadmap, and propose automation that reduces denials and compresses cost-to-serve. Dogfood the EMR and close the loop between what the service needs and what the product builds.
Drive strategy and go-to-market Benchmark pricing, support sales and deal cycles, own client outcomes with Customer Success, and manage key external partners.
