RE Tech Lead
\- <\/span>Lead<\/span> <\/span>and manage recruitment operations for the <\/span>RE<\/span> <\/span>business vertical <\/div><\/td> 6\u20137 years in <\/span>RE<\/span> <\/span>recruitment & team handling <\/div><\/td> <\/div><\/td> Noida <\/div><\/td> <\/div><\/td> <\/div><\/td> <\/div><\/td><\/tr> \- Must have prior proven experience in recruitment domain handling clients and team management <\/div><\/td><\/tr> \- Establish, manage, and nurture client relationships <\/div><\/td><\/tr> \- Responsible for acquiring minimum <\/span>2 new clients per quarter<\/span> for recruitment business <\/div><\/td><\/tr> \- Ensure SLAs and timelines for resume sourcing, screening, and submission are met by the recruitment team <\/div><\/td><\/tr> \- Drive recruitment processes including screening, quality checks, conversions, client feedback, interview coordination, and closure <\/div><\/td><\/tr> \- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to process compliance and operational efficiency <\/div><\/td><\/tr> \- Handle both <\/span>client hiring and internal hiring requirements<\/span> end\-to\-end <\/div><\/td><\/tr> \- Manage escalations, reporting, weekly MIS, hiring trackers, and closure analytics <\/div><\/td><\/tr> \- Work closely with management on expansion roadmap, hiring strategy, and new business onboarding <\/div><\/td><\/tr> \- No calling or searching required personally\u2014but must ensure the team executes efficiently
