Job Summary

Plan and deliver age-appropriate literacy programs for young learners, fostering individual development and strong parent relationships in line with MindChamps’ educational philosophy.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, supervise, and implement the Literacy programme following MindChamps’ policies, guidelines, framework, and philosophy
  • Prepare and use age-appropriate teaching aids to enhance classroom learning experiences
  • Apply positive guidance strategies and techniques consistently to support student development
  • Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with students (“Champs”) and their parents to foster engagement and trust
  • Keep accurate records of each Champ’s progress and tailor educational and developmental support to individual needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma, preferably in Early Childhood Education or Educational Studies (Early Years Enrichment, Creative Language Arts, Speech and Drama, etc)
  • Minimum of 1 year classroom teaching experience with learners aged 3 to 7 years old
  • Engaging, dynamic, and creative approach to teaching
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
