The role

As a Real Estate Analyst, you will support Vale’s real estate strategy by evaluating potential locations, building financial models, and providing data-driven insights that inform site selection decisions.

• Conduct market research and location analysis for potential Vale café and matcha bar sites
• Build financial models to evaluate site-level economics including pro forma P&L and payback analysis
• Compile and maintain a database of target markets, sites, and competitive locations
• Support the site acquisition process by coordinating due diligence materials and documentation
• Prepare clear, compelling presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for leadership
• Monitor real estate market trends and identify opportunities in target markets
• Partner with the Director of Strategic Growth to refine Vale’s location criteria and market prioritization

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 2+ years of real estate analysis, market research, or related financial analysis experience
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models
• Experience with demographic analysis tools (Placer.ai, CoStar, or similar) preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Compensation

$75,000 – $100,000 per year
