Receiving [Part Time] - Artyzen Singapore Hotel

Join our team as a Part-Time Receiver and play an important role in supporting the hotel’s daily operations.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM (6 hours per day, inclusive of a 30-minute break)

Key Responsibilities:

-Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and deliveries

-Ensure delivered items match purchase orders and delivery documentation

-Liaise professionally with suppliers and delivery personnel

-Maintain accurate receiving records and proper storage practices

-Keep the receiving area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Requirements:

-Physically fit and able to handle goods and deliveries

-Good communication skills and able to interact effectively with suppliers and delivery personnel

-Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently

-Previous experience in receiving, storekeeping, or a similar role will be an advantage
