Receptionist & Admin Assistant
Job Summary:
Friendly front desk professional to manage reception duties, support office administration, and ensure a welcoming experience for visitors and staff.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to security procedures
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and schedule appointments
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Provide administrative support to HR and Admin teams as required
- Carry out ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- No experience is required; candidates with receptionist or front desk experience are welcome
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication skills for handling visitors and calls professionally
